Things You Need to Know

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders are custom made upon order and orders will be shipped upon completion of the item. Orders usually take 3-5 business days for processing and designing as we customize the order especially for you. After the order is complete the item(s) will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days. The entire delivery time from the time you place your order to the time it arrives at your door can take a maximum of 14 business days. If you have not received a tracking number by the 14th business day we will refund the shipping cost to you. We are not responsible for items once in possession of shipping carrier. You would be able to file a dispute with the carrier directly if there are issues with your delivery. You can contact us directly regarding any direct inquiries regarding the timeliness of the delivery of your items and the status of your orders completion. Thank you for you patience!
BaZma understands the importance of customer confidentiality and your Privacy! We use verified third party banking vendors to collect payment. Once you place an order with BaZma, your information is privately stored in our address book as you set up your member profile.

Exchange and Refunds
All Sales are final. There are NO refunds for items because each item is modified specifically for you. All items are made to order. If there was a mistake in the sizing that was specified in your order, exchanges can be made within 30 days of order date.
